Programming Process

• Thorough Security & Hardware Audit: We start by evaluating your vehicle’s year, make, model, and existing remote specifications to identify the exact operating radio frequency (315MHz, 433MHz, or 902MHz), FCC ID, and transponder chip generation. This audit covers everything from door lock actuators and immobilizer control modules to smart antenna communication loops.
• Precision Emergency Key Laser Cutting: Subsequently, using computerized CNC laser milling machines inside our mobile workshop, we cut the mechanical emergency insert key blade to original factory bitting specifications. This ensures that if your car’s 12V battery ever completely drains, you retain mechanical access to unlock the driver’s door.
• Diagnostic Port Connection & PIN Retrieval: Next, our technician connects specialized diagnostic programming hardware into your vehicle’s On-Board Diagnostic (OBD-II) port. We establish secure, encrypted communication with the Body Control Module (BCM), bypass vehicle security gateways, and calculate or pull the manufacturer rolling security PIN access code.
• Electronic Key Registration & Memory Sync: Then, our technician registers the new smart key fob into the vehicle’s authorized memory slots. If keys have been lost or stolen, we wipe missing remotes from system memory so unauthorized individuals cannot access or start your car, while re-synchronizing all surviving keys simultaneously.
• Multi-Point Functional Testing & Ongoing Support: Finally, we perform comprehensive functional testing on all remote features—lock, unlock, trunk release, panic alarm, remote engine start, exterior proximity door handle sensors, and push-button engine ignition cycles—providing complete peace of mind, clear pricing, and itemized billing.
